Crockett & Jones is committed to the quality of our footwear; if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your unworn items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and dust bags, ensuring the protective soles are intact, and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier point and retain your proof of postage; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
